PLEASE NOTE: Pricing templates for medical patient visits mirror the billing framework commonly used by insurance companies, which is essentially the total time spent coordinating care. This includes time spent face-to-face with the patient, as well as complexity and/or non face-to-face time spent reviewing medical records/results, formulating a plan, etc. Therefore, visits will be billed based on the Provider’s discretion using this framework. The following describes how each visit type pricing is broken down with instances that may encompass one, some, or all of the specified examples.
