Any other type of consult done electronically that is not already listed. Examples could include letters for grants, paperwork (FMLA, other letters, etc), or if consulting through Charm gets extensive/visit-type worthy. We always strive to charge the least amount possible but low/med/high grading is based on our dedicated time, much like the follow-up visit tiers
