Whether it is a “ROUTINE” follow up, an “EXTENSIVE” follow up, or a “MOST COMPLEX” follow up, we strive to deliver thorough care and a plan that is in your best interest. Pricing templates mirror the billing framework commonly used by insurance companies, which is essentially the total time spent coordinating care. This includes time spent face-to-face with the patient, as well as complexity and/or non face-to-face time spent reviewing medical records/results, formulating a plan, etc. Therefore, visits will be billed based on the Provider's discretion using this framework. The following describes how the FOLLOW UP pricing is broken down with instances that may encompass one, some, or all of the specified examples: *ROUTINE (30 min): discussing health updates, medication refills and/or supplement plan recommendations, straightforward lab review (i.e. thyroid panel, a1c, iron panel) *EXTENSIVE (40 min): discussing health updates, more extensive lab review, medication refills and/or supplement plan recommendations, higher acuity of care *MOST COMPLEX (60 min): discussing health updates, more in depth laboratory review and/or more than 1 lab review (i.e. blood work panel plus comprehensive stool analysis), medical record/hospital record review, referrals, higher acuity of care
