Service Description

$40/Month is the monthly membership charge to be a patient at Roots & also receive all the member related discounts on products and services. For $30/month you can be a services-only member and receive all the member related discounts on products and services. This of course does not include being a medical patient. For both tiers, canceling membership results in a charge of $50.
