*Services coming soon to Roots! Roots Integrative Medicine desires to provide high quality, comprehensive care as much as possible. This includes offering services such as: -Dermatology Procedures (skin biopsies, cryotherapy, incision and drainage of abscesses, suturing, skin tag removal, etc) -Routine Women's Health Exams (i.e., pap smears) -Blood Work -EKGs -Urine Testing -Rapid Strep/Flu/RSV/Covid Testing -PCR Respiratory Cultures -PCR Vaginal Cultures -Orthopedic Injections -Ear Irrigations -Toenail Removals If your Provider is not comfortable with a procedure, you will be referred to the appropriate specialist. You will be informed of procedure pricing prior to getting performed so that you can accept or deny. Since blood work, pap smears, and skin biopsies will be sent off by our in-house lab technician, these procedures can be billed through insurance, although you will still be charged for visit/time it takes for provider/staff to perform such procedures. All other procedures will not be filed through insurance by Roots, however, you will get a lined item receipt for the procedure(s) that were performed, and you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The following is a breakdown of possible pricing of each procedure, which would be added to the visit type cost. Please contact the office for further questions. Skin Biopsy: starts at $25; depends on the type/complexity Cryotherapy: starts at $20; depends on number of lesions/complexity Incision & Drainage, Simple: $40 Incision & Drainage, Complex: $80 Suturing: starts at $50; depends on number of lacerations/complexity Skin Tag Removal: starts at $20; depends on number of skin tags/complexity Pap: included in the $99 Women's Wellness visit if needed, pap sample sent off with insurance to lab Blood Work: $10; labs sent off with insurance to lab; included in Wellness visit EKG: $30, included in Wellness visit with consent Urinalysis in Office: $15; included in a Wellness Visit Urine Culture: no fee for obtaining sample; sent off with insurance to lab Rapid Strep/Flu/RSV/Covid: $10 PCR Respiratory Culture: no fee for obtaining sample; sent off with insurance to lab PCR Vaginal Cultures: no fee for obtaining sample; sent off with insurance to lab Orthopedic Injections per Joint: Ozone ($125); Steroid ($100) Ear Irrigation: $15 per ear Toenail Removal: $100 per toenail
